Introduction

Extra spicy version of an old favorite. Put in the crock pot while you are at work and supper is ready when you get home. Extra spicy version of an old favorite. Put in the crock pot while you are at work and supper is ready when you get home.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 1/2 pounds ground beef
    1 large onion chopped
    1 clove garlic minced
    1 can tamatoe juice (6oz)
    1/2 cup catsup
    1/2 cup water
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    2 tablespoon chopped jalapenos
    2 teaspoons chili powder
    1 teaspoon Worchestershire Sauce
    Hamburger buns

Directions

1. In large skillet, cook beef, onions, and garlic until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

2. Combine tomato juice, catsup, water, brown sugar, peppers, chili powder, mustard and worchestershire sauce. Stir into meat mixture.

3. Cook over low heat until thick. If using crock pot 10-12 hourse on low heat, 3-5 hours on high heat.
