Introduction

I modified a recipe a got off the FoodNetwork. The recipe said to bake or broil in the oven, I grilled mine. My husband hates all fish, unless it's deep fried. He enjoyed this fish. Ingredients

    Tilapia portions
    Olive or Canola Oil
    Milk to cover
    Whole grain cracker crumbs
    Parmesan Cheese

Directions

The size of the fillet and the number of people you are serving will determine how much of each ingredient you need

Place the fillets in a baking dish & cover with milk, let sit for a few minutes.

Mix cracker crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Coat broiler pan or aluminum foil with oil. Take fish from milk and coat with cracker crumb mixture. Lay on pan or foil. Place in oven or on the grill.
