2 (16 oz) packages of low fat or fat free cottage cheese.
1 (16 oz) package of part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
16 lasagna noodles
4 cups spaghetti or tomato sauce
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Italian seasonings
Layer 1/2 cup sauce in the bottom of the crockpot. Lay 4 noodles on top of the sauce, breaking as needed to fit.
Mix all the cottage cheese, and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese together with garlic salt and italian seasonings in a large bowl. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mixture onto the noodles in the crockpot and spread evenly. Layer more sauce, noodles and cheese until the other 2/3 of hceese mixture are used up. Top with sauce.
Cook on high for 4 hours. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese onto the lasagna during the last 15 minutes of cook time.
