Black Bean Hummus

Introduction

Ingredients



    * Garlic, 1 clove
    * Beans, black, 2 cup
    * *Lemon Juice, 2 fl oz
    * *Tahini, 1.5 tbsp
    * *Cumin seed, 1 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tsp
    * Paprika, 1 tsp
    * *Greek Olives

Directions

Mince garlic prior. Use a food processor and add the rest of the indigents, minus the paprika, and olives ( they are used for garnish).Process until smooth Use 2 tbl of the liquid from the beans ( whether you use canned or make your own).
