Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    1 lb ground beef
    3 garlic cloves
    6 beef bullion
    2 eggs
    2.5 cups kidney beans (pureed)
    1-2 tbs italian seasonings
    1 tbs rosemary
    4 cans cream mushroom

    1/3 cup whole wheat flour
    2 Tbs Canola Oil

Directions

Puree cooked and cooled beans and put them into a large bowl. Put flour into a small bowl and set aside.

Crumble beef bullion cubes into about 1/4 cup of water and microwave it until it's dissolved. Add beef bullion mix into ground turkey and mix well. Then add rest of ingredients. It will be a sticky consistency.

Use two spoons(like with cookies) and make balls into a rounded tablespoon and roll them into the flour. Cook in the skillet with the 2 tbs. of oil. Cover and turn every few min. until cooked.

Makes about 60 meatballs

Serving 4 meatballs

This is a very large recipe. I usually make and cook these, then I freeze them. That way I have a very easy fast meal for later.

Swedish meatballs-
I also put the meatballs (not cooked) into a casserole dish and pour 2 cans of cream of mushroom over them and sprinkle a little rosemary. Cook 350 30-45 min. Serve over mashed potatoes. Yumm!
