Chick Peas and Tuna Salad

Ingredients

    1/4 cup chopped red onion
    2 Tbls chopped fresh Italian parsley
    1 medium stalk celery, finely chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 - 19 oz can, Progresso chick peas drained and rinsed
    2 - 5-1/2 oz can Bumble Bee Solid White Albacore Tuna
    1/4 red wine vinegar
    1/4 cup olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1. In large bow, toss onion, parsley, celery, garlic, chick peas and tuna

2. Stir together vinegar and oil; stir into chick pea mixture

3. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate

Serves 4
