Introduction

Crisp and tasty, this is a versatile whole grain flat bread or pizza crust. Crisp and tasty, this is a versatile whole grain flat bread or pizza crust.

Ingredients

    1/4 cup masa harina or cornmeal
    3/4 cup whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 cup water

    -3 tbsp. olive oil
    -chopped fresh herbs, garlic, and onions
    -9x13 pan with a lip

Directions

Mix masa harina, whole wheat flour and water together.

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Put oil, herbs and aromatics in the pan and let it heat for a few minutes in the oven, just until fragrant.

Add the batter and bake for 35 minutes.
