    Frosting:
    cream cheese- 1/3 less fat (neufchatel cheese), 8 oz
    Butter, salted, 1 stick
    Confectioner's Sugar, 2 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

    *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, , 2.5 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1.5 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, .33 tbsp
    *Vegetable Oil- Ralphs Vegetable Oil, 24 tbsp
    *Buttermilk (Wilcox Bavarian), 1 cup
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    *Heinz Distilled White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    *Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Red food coloring 2 TBS

Directions

Beat lightly wet ingredients
add dry ingredients, bake @ 350 at least 30 minutes makes 24 cupcakes

Frost when cool
