Ingredients

    3 medium bananas, mashed
    Quaker Old-Fashioned Oatmeal, 2 cups
    Sun-Maid Dried Apples (approx. 1-1/2 cups, 1 store package) (can substitute raisins, cherries, peaches or other dried fruit)
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mash 3 medium bananas in large bowl until nearly liquified. Mix in uncooked oatmeal. Chop dried fruit (you can use apples, apricots, raisins, cherries, almost any dried fruit) into small pieces. Add fruit, vanilla and cinnamon to oatmeal mixture. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, flatten and form to desired shape. Bake on middle rack for 15-20 minutes.
