2 tsp (one small pouch) active-dry yeast
8 oz. warm water
1.5 tsp salt
1.5 TBS honey
1.5 TBS molasses
1 C. raisin bran cereal
1 C. whole wheat flour
.5 C old fashioned oats
.5 C white flour
.5 C chopped pecans
Mix yeast, warm water, salt, honey, and molasses. Stir until all disolved.
In seperate bowl, mix raisin bran cereal, oats, white & wheat flour, and pecans. Stir until blended.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix well.
Once well blended, pour/spoon mixture over into greesed/floured loaf pan. Let sit, covered with clean kitchen towel, for 20-30 minutes.
Bake @ 325 degrees for 30-45 minutes. Ovens vary, Please be sure to keep an eye on your bread!
