Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup red lentils
    1 cup chopped onions
    1/4 tsp tumeric
    2 cloves garlic
    1 tomato, diced
    2 tsp vinegar
    4 tsp curry powder
    2 cups water
    dash of salt

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover cook on low for 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
