Banana Oatmeal Raisin Nut Muffins

Introduction

Banana nut muffins with some added flavors. Banana nut muffins with some added flavors.
Number of Servings: 24

Ingredients

    1.5 cups sugar (Splenda does not work so well)
    1/2 cup applesauce
    5 medium bananas
    2 cups instant oats
    1.5 cups flour
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    2 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    3 oz raisins (about 1/3 cup)
    1/2 cup pecan halves, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Put all ingredients in mixer and mix until well blended. Scoop into 24 muffin tins. Bake until done, or about 20 minutes.

Yields 24 muffins.
