Avocado Mango salsa

Introduction

Slightly spicy avocado mango salsa with a hint of wasabi and ginger. Goes great with fish or chicken! Slightly spicy avocado mango salsa with a hint of wasabi and ginger. Goes great with fish or chicken!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    equal parts chopped avocado and mango
    for this recipe I used 1 cup of each
    1 jalapeno pepper sliced, remove seeds and veins if you don't want it too spicy
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1/4 tsp wasabi powder
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all the ingredients and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes so the flavours combine. Serve with fish or chicken.

Makes 4, quarter cup servings.

This gets tastier as it sits in the fridge :)
