Ingredients

    2 slice whole wheat/grain bread
    1 small apple, sliced thin
    2 T lowfat cream cheese
    1/2 0z. walnuts (approx 7 halves), chopped fairly fine
    1/4 t. ground cinnamon
    alfalfa sprouts

Directions

It's as easy as making a sandwich! Spread cream cheese on both slices of bread, add thinly sliced apples, walnuts, cinnamon sprinkled on, & add sprouts...enjoy!
