IntroductionPreheat oven to 375' Preheat oven to 375'
Zuchinni, cooked, 2 lg, sliced
Egg, fresh, 1 large, beaten
Whole Wheat Lasagna - 8 noodle, cooked
Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 2 cup
Onion - raw, .5 cup
Cottage Cheese, 2%, 1 cup
Cheese, shredded motzarella, 1 cup
Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup
Dip sliced Zuchinni in beaten egg and drench in breadcrumbs.
Cover bottom of 9x12 pan with .5c Tomato sauce.
Layer as follows:
Remainder of :
Bake 30 min in 375' oven.
Let cool ~5 minutes.
