Introduction

Great way to combine fresh summer veggies and peppers. Best with the white scalloped squash, but this is a flexible dish. Throw in whatever you happen to have fresh. Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cans Bruces Cut Okra & Tomatoes (or FRESH if you have them!
    4 small Summer Squash
    1 small-medium onion
    Peppers to taste! I use:
    1 cayenne
    1 jalepino
    1 banana (hot)
    1 bell

Directions

Throw everything in a pot and simmer for 30 minutes.
