16 oz pkg Great Value Cut Leaf Spinach, thawed and drained
24 oz pkg Great Value Fat Free CottageCheese
15 oz pkg Great Value Part Skim Milk Ricotta Cheese
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Cups Mushrooms, sliced
2 Cups Red Onion, chopped
2 Cloves Minced Garlic

Very good, my husband and I both loved it. Next time, I would use less spinach and more sauce but overall the receipe was great! - 8/4/09

To keep sodium low you could try mixing in plain tomato sauce witha an extra clove of garlic, rather than the Classico. Many of the pre packaged sauces have a lot of added sodium.
