Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 package Firm Tofu
    6 oz Pasta - any kind
    1/2 jar Ragu Tomato Sauce

    Many of your favorite veggies. I use:
    asparagus
    peppers
    onions
    tomatoes

    Cilantro for a dash of additional flavor

Directions

Grab your favorite veggies, dice them up, sautee them with tofu, add in a half jar of Ragu sauce to go over any type pasta (or rice!) and you have a quick and easy meal that has plenty of protein (but a bit too much sodium it seems!).
