Dennis' Homemade Fish Batter

My own rendition of fish batter My own rendition of fish batter
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1/2 cup of All-purpose Flour
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp Black Pepper
    1/2 cup of skim milk
    1/3 cup of Olive Oil (for frying)

Directions

For a well-seasoned taste to salmon burgers or other fish fry:
Put 1/2 cup of flour in medium mixing bowl, add garlic powder, black pepper.
Pour in 1/2 cup of fat-free (skim) milk. Stil briskly with whisk until smooth texture.
For frying, pour 1/3 cup of Olive oil into large frying pan over medium heat and fry until crispy on both sides or untill well-cooked.
Placed cooked salmon onto Arnold's brand "Bread Thins" and add you own condiment (mayo, ketchup, etc.).

Serves 6 - 8 Salmon Burgers (Estimated)
Takes Salmon burgers up to a whole new level!!
