    1 SCOOP OR 2 HEAPING TABLESPOONS PROTEIN POWDER
    8 OUNCES CRANBERRY-WATER OR PLAIN FILTERED WATER.
    1 TABLESPOON FLAXSEED OIL
    1/4 TEASPOON FLORA-KEY OR STEVIA PLUS TO TASE (OPTIONAL.)

Directions

PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER
