Awesome recipe! Easy to fix (kids would probably like making and eating it) and is very appealing to the non-dieting part of the family. Used fat free milk; milk seems to make the eggs pretty fluffy (yum). Also used chopped bell pepper and chives as we had no spinach the day we made it. - 12/16/09

  • Made this but didn't have the ham so used Chicken Apple Sausage, bell pepper, baby bel mushrooms, and a sprinkle of Moz cheese. They smell wonderful!!! I'm hoping the kids will love them!!! - 2/3/12
