Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    6 medium potatoes
    2 cup 1% milk
    3 Tbsp I cant believe its not butter light
    2 tbsp salt
    2 cloves garlic

Directions

Peel, chop, boil, and mash potatoes. Blend in all other ingredients. Yields approx 10 - 1 cup servings

    I used 1 T I can't believe it's not butter and only 1/4 c. nonfat milk. I used leftover water from boiling the potatoes to get the right consistency. I also used roasted garlic. Yum! - 8/25/09
