Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 can of rinsed chick peas (19 oz)
    1 roasted red pepper chopped
    .5 oz lemon juice
    2 tbsp olive oil
    club house garic plus seasoning to taste

Directions

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until desired consistency is reached. Add more lemon juice or olive oil if the mixture is too dry.
Makes 8 servings
