Introduction

I love salad! I love salad!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    8 tbsp Cilantro, raw,
    3 cups Green Giant Spring Mix Salad,
    1 cup, pared, chopped Cucumber (peeled),
    1 square, cut into half inch cubes Wildwood Baked Teriyaki Tofu
    1 cup, cut into bite sized pieces Mushrooms, fresh

    Salad Dressing:
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Morton Iodized Salt, 0.25 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1 tbsp

Directions

Just cut it all up, toss it together with the already prepared salad dressing, and enjoy!
