Ingredients

    16 oz liquid egg whites
    1 onion
    4 oz diced peppers
    8 oz sliced mushrooms
    1 large zucchini
    1.5 cup of Mozzerella cheese (part-skim)

Directions

Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Don't put cheese on until the last 10 minutes.
