Introduction

An easy high protein "dip" for tortilla chips, tacos, taco salad, etc. Use your imagination! An easy high protein "dip" for tortilla chips, tacos, taco salad, etc. Use your imagination!

Ingredients

    ground turkey
    salsa
    shredded mexican cheese (Optional)
    taco dry seasoning to taste (optional)

Directions

Brown and drain meat. Add jar of salsa. Season to taste. Serve on taco salad or with taco shells or chips. Melt cheese on chips then spoon meat on the chips.
