Low calorie no salt Vegetable soup

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cans of vegetable low sodium broth
    1 can of diced tomatoes-no salt
    1 and 1/2 cans of water
    2 celery sticks-chopped
    6 mini carrots - diced
    1/2 zucchini- chopped
    1/2 summer squash-chopped
    1/4 onion-chopped
    either fresh-steamed long green beans
    or frozen beans
    basil leaves
    celery salt-1 tea.
    garlic powder-1 tea.
    pepper.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a crock pot and cook 2 to 4 hours.
about 1/2 hour before it is ready, stir in fresh spiniash., washed and preped for soup. I use about 2 to 3 handfuls.
Makes about 4 bowl serving. OR
8-1c. servings.
This is an incrediable soup for all seasons and times! Enjoy....Eileen
