Cabbage, red, fresh, 4 cup, shredded
Kraft Miracle Whip Fat Free Dressing, 3 tbsp
Milk, nonfat, .15 cup
Cider Vinegar, 2 tbsp
Granulated Sugar, 1 tsp
Celery salt, 1 tsp
Carrots, raw, 3 cup, grated
Pears, fresh, 2 pear, large
Blend mayonnaise, milk, vinegar, sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of the salt, celery salt. Shred the red cabbage (4 cups) and carrots (3 cups). Core and cut in thin strips the 2 large pears. In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots and pears. Top with mayonnaise mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
