Introduction

Reduced fat but full flavor. : ) Serve over pasta, spread on sourdough bread, or a little on a sandwich to spice it up. If you find it's too thick for your pasta, add a little of the pasta cooking water instead of more oil to make it smoother.

Ingredients

    Basil, 2 cups
    Pine Nuts, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 2 cloves
    Olive Oil, 1.5 1tsp
    Butter, unsalted, 1/4 tsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 oz

Directions

Toss everything in the food processor and pulse on low until it comes together. You might want to give the garlic a rough chop first so there are no garlic surprises.
