Greens Beans and Potatoes

Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1.50 Lbs. green beans
    5 large potatoes, quartered
    4 14.5oz. cans stewed tomatoes
    1 lg. onion, chopped
    2 tblsp. olive oil
    garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion in olive oil until translucent. Add green beans, let them cook for about 2 minutes, add potatoes and stewed tomatoes. Let it cook until the potatoes are tender.

Makes great 1/2 cup side dish servings
