Quick Surimi tostadas

Introduction

This recipe is shown with Surimi (imitation crab meat) but you can substitute any protein of your choice cooked and cut into small pieces: Beans, chicken, shrimp, fish. Ingredients

    1 oz surimi (imitation crab meat)
    1 corn tortilla
    1 TBSP salsa
    1/4 c 2% shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees.
Line a cookie pan with non-stick foil.
Place corn tortilla on the pan.
Spread the salsa on the tortilla
Cut the surimi (or any cooked protein of your choice) to small pieces, add to the tortilla
Sprinkle with cheese.

Cook at 400 for 8 minutes or until the tortilla hardens and the cheese has melted.
