Banana Bread

Ingredients

    2 cups Flour
    1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/8 tsp nutmeg
    3 beaten large eggs
    1 1/2 cup mashed banana
    3/4 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp oil
    1/2 cup applesauce less 2 Tbsp

Directions

Makes 1 laof (16 servings)

Mix wet ingredients in one bowl. Mix dry ingredients in another bowl. Then combine wet and dry ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 55- 60 minutes for 9x5x3 inch pan or 40-45 minutes for a 7 1/2 x 3 1/2x2 inch pan.
