Introduction

    1 can organic black beans, drained, but not rinsed
    1 can organic diced tomatoes, do NOT drain
    3/4 cup chopped red peppers
    3/4 cup diced onion
    3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
    2 TB. olive oil
    any desired spices, fresh herbs, etc.

Directions

Makes 4 6.5 oz. servings. About 200 kcal per serving!
