Ingredients

    1 lb stew meat trimmed and cut into smaller pieces
    1 can condensed tomato soup
    1 tsp thyme dried
    1 med. size potato skin on, diced
    1 small onion diced
    1 cup chopped carrot
    1/4 cup water
    1/2 tsp minced garlic

Directions

Makes 4 servings.

Throw all ingrediants into crockpot. Cook on high for 4 hours. Can throw in beer or wine instead of water but it will change calories.
