Low Carb Pizza (Amazing!)

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 Large Eggs
    1/3 Cup Heavy Cream
    1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella
    1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
    4 oz Cream Cheese
    1/2 Cup Tomato Sauce
    2 Tablespoons (or more, depending on how you like it) Flax meal
    8oz Pepperoni
    Any toppings you like

Directions

Blend the following ingredients in a blender until smooth:

eggs
cream cheese
1 c cheddar
1 c motz
parmesan
flax
heavy cream

Line a 13X9 pan with a layer of pepperoni (acts as a crust). Pour blended mixture on top and bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Top with tomato sauce, remaining cheese and whatever pizza toppings you would like. Bake another 5 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Let set until it sets up and serve - so yummy!
