homemade yogurt

Ingredients

    whatever amount of milk you want
    2-4 T plain nonfat yogurt

Directions

heat milk to 180
remove from heat and cool to 115
add yogurt, stir
let sit 5 minutes, stir again
pour into clean glass jar w/ lid
set on counter on heating pad, cover with stock pot for 6 hrs
chill, eat
