Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity Salad (1 cup)

Submitted by: SUNBEAMJANEAL
Rooty Tooty Fresh and Fruity Salad (1 cup)

Introduction

I started making this "salad" in the early '80s as a child. It was even included in my mom's company's employee cookbook in '84 under the title "Janeal's Favorite Salad."

This version substitutes less-fat, less-sugar ingredients but keeps its yummy flavor. I hope you enjoy it!

P.S.- It's fun to make with kids.
