Jodi's Fresh Side Salad

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 head Romain or any leafy lettuce
    .5cup carrots
    2 green onions
    .5 of a cucumber diced
    4 tablespoons radishes
    4 or 5 fresh mushrooms sliced
    1 large tomatoe
    1/4 cup shredded 2%sharp cheese
    2 tablespoons per serving portmans light italian salad dressing

Directions

Toss everything together in a bowl and top with cheese

Makes at least 6 servings

To make it a meal just add any kind of meat just remember to add the extra calories.
