Quix's Italian Sandwich

Introduction

This was a GREAT lunch today. I went ahead and used the full fat and non-diet versions of everything but you can remove about 250 calories if you use light bread, light salami, fat free italian, and fat free cheese. Ingredients

    2 slices bread (I used sprouted grain)
    1 tbsp italian dressing
    1 thin slice jalapeno muenster cheese
    2-3 slices prosciutto
    2-3 slices salami
    8-10 pepperonis
    hot peppers
    pickles
    tomato
    onion
    lettuce
    italian seasoning

Directions

Toast the bread and drizzle 1 tbsp italian dressing onto both sides of the bread and shake italian seasoning on it. Then layer on the cheese, meats, and toppings. It reminded me of Jimmy Johns Vito but with less calories (and you can modify it to be less still)!
