Turkey Meatloaf with a Kick

Introduction

Ingredients

    3lbs Ground Turkey

    1 large potato (shredded)

    1 large onion (shredded)

    4 large cloves of garlic (crushed)

    2 extra large eggs

    3 Tbs Bragg liquid aminos (soy sauce)

    1/2 c Gates Extra Hot BBQ Sauce

    1/2 tsp pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Take potato and onion and shred in a food processor or box grater. Crush garlic through a garlic press. Place all in a large mixing bowl and then add the ground turkey as well as the rest of the ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Spray a casserole dish evenly with any non-stick spray (I like to use olive oil cooking spray). Place mixture in dish and press down until the mixture has evenly spread to touch the sides.

Place in oven and cook for 50 mins. to 1 hr.
