Monkey Bars

Ingredients

2 tbsp becel olive oil spread
3 tbsp white bean puree
1/2 cup cooked, mashed carrot
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1/2 tsp stevia powdered extract
2 large mashed bananas
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup oat bran
2 tbsp chocolate chips (pure)
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray a 11x7" pan with non-stick spray.
Combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips in a bowl. Spoon into pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips evenly over top. Press in slightly.
Bake for 40-45 minutes.
Let cool completely, cut into bars.
Makes 12 bars
OPTIONAL: Instead of sprinkling chips on top, you could sprinkle cocnut, or drizzle white chocolate over top after bars are cooled.
