Crock Pot Easy Swiss Steak

Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 onion, chopped,
    1 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 teaspoon dried cilantro
    1 tablespoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon oregano flakes
    1 can crushed tomatoes (793 grams)
    1 can stewed tomatoes (410 grams)
    2 lbs steak, cut in 8 pieces

Directions

Mix all the ingredients except the steak in the crock pot. Place steak in, and cover with sauce. Cook on low 8 - 10 hours, or High for 4 - 6 hours. Serves 8. Serve over rice or with baby red potatoes.
