Ingredients

    1 1/2 cans of chunk light tuna
    1 egg
    1/4 cup itailian bread crumbs
    2 dash salt
    2 dash pepper
    1 T olive oil

Directions

heat skillet to med , put oil in. mix all other ingredients together until well blended. make 8 patties and fry them for 4 minutes on each side (approx)

    I'm not generally picky about serving sizes, but 8 servings for a can and a half of tuna is a pretty big stretch. - 11/14/09

    I'm almost positive that the nutritional information is off...Breadcrumbs are fairly high in calories and carbs, plus the egg....But it's very tasty and a quick & easy recipe. - 10/16/09
