Ingredients

    dry:
    1 cup maypo (or any type of oatmeal)
    1 cup flour
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    1 tsp cinnamon

    wet:
    3 ripe bananas
    1 egg
    1 cup applesauce(unsweetened preferably)
    1 tsp vanilla

    cooking spray

Directions

mix dry ingredients, mash bananas and mix wet ingredients. mix wet into dry. pour into sprayed muffin pans and bake at 375 for 30 minutes, more if you don't want it gooey inside. makes 12 good size muffins.
