Ingredients

    Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
    Banana, fresh, 2 cup, mashed
    *EAS Advant Edge Protein Powder, 20 tbsp
    **Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 4 tbsp
    Wheat bran, crude, .25 cup
    *Milk, Fat Free, Skim, 4 oz
    Walnuts, .25 cup, chopped
    *Canola Oil, .25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .25 cup
    Egg Beaters 1/4 C

Directions

Blend bananas and other ingredients in blender, then mix in with dry ingredients, stirring well. Pour in muffin pans and bake about 30-35 minutes. Very filling and healthful.
