Ingredients

4 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
1 doz corn tortillas cut into 1" strips
Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can
Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can
Milk, 2%, 1 cup
Onions, grated, 1 large
Ortega Green Salsa, 1.25 cup
Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 16 oz
Directions
4 whole chicken breasts -wrap in foil and bake in 400 oven1 hr or tender. Cool. Cut into large pieces.
Mix chicken and mushroom soup with milk, grated onion, and salsa.
In a large shallow baking dish add 2-3 tbsp of chicken juice in bottom of dish. Place layer of tortillas on bottom then a layer of chicken and then spoon the salsa mix over the chicken. Repeat layers making 2 or 3 and ending with liquid on top. Top with grated cheddar cheese
***refrigerate 24 hrs****
then bake at 300 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs until bubbly hot
