Introduction

Vegetable Juice Cocktail (V8), 4 cup
*Clam broth, 6 oz
1 cup water (8 fl oz)
Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
*fresh onion, 0.5 cup
*Bell Pepper, Green - 1 cup chopped,
Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced
Garlic, 6 clovesminced
1/2 cup Brown Rice, long grain
1 potoato diced
1 pound shrimp
1tsp rosemary
1 tsp tyme
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 packet sazon
1/2 tsp adobo
1 tsp cayanne pepper

Ingredients

    in large pan melt butter, sautee veggies and garlic
    add v8, clam broth water and seasonings, bring to boil, add rice,
    simmer for 20 minutes add shrimp cook about 8 minutes more till shrimp are opaque and fully cooked.
