Chocolate Pudding

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Corn starch 1/3 cup
    cocoa 1/3 cup
    sugar 2/3 cup
    dash of salt
    milk 3 cups
    vanilla extract 1 tsp

Directions

Mix dry ingredients in a 2 quart saucepan. Add milk while stirring. Cook over medium heat until boiling. Stir at a boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
It will harden as it cools.
Makes 6 half cup servings.

  • This is the same recipe I use only difference is mine has butter added when you add the vanilla. It is yummy either way & my kids always want me to make it for them. - 3/29/13
