Cheater's Pasta Primavera

Introduction

Easy Peasy Pasta Primavera to use up all those summer veggies Easy Peasy Pasta Primavera to use up all those summer veggies
Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    2 medium size yellow squash
    2 medium size red bell peppers
    3 small onions
    1 c cooked whole wheat pasta
    1 c jarred spaghetti sauce (I use Simply Natural from Costco)
    Olive oil for sauteeing veggies
    About 3 oz browned ground meat (I used ground lean pork loin)

Directions

Cube the yellow squash and cook in pan with olive oil. Add chopped onions and cook until they are starting to turn clear. Add chopped peppers. Pour in pasta sauce and meat and heat until warm.

Serve over whole wheat pasta
