    * Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook (remove)
    * *Flour, white, .5 cup (remove)
    * coconut flakes, 26 tbsp (remove)
    * *Egg white, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

1. coat chicken in flour
2. dip in egg whites
3. roll in coconut
4. bake in oven about 25 min (depending on size of chicken) at 350.
